- Is there a dress code for the event?
We suggest business casual attire as appropriate for the event. We recommend you dress as you feel comfortable, and remember a jacket or sweater as Coeur d'Alene can be cool in October.

- Where can I review my registration information?
Every conference registrant should receive a confirmation email with all relevant registration information. If you are in need of additional registration information, please reach out to lightcastconnect@lightcast.io.
- Can I purchase my ticket onsite the day of the event?
Unfortunately, tickets must be purchased ahead of time before the deadline of September 30.
- What is the refund policy?
All ticket sales are final. However, you are able to transfer your registration to another person if you are unable to attend. Please reach out to lightcastconnect@lightcast.io for any questions regarding transferring your registration. To review our conference policies, please visit our conference policies page.
- Where can I book accommodations?
We have secured rooms at a discounted rate for conference attendees at The Coeur d'Alene Resort, where the conference will be held. You can book your accommodations using this link or calling at (208) 209-5031, but hurry, space is filling up fast!
- Are meals included with my registration?
Breakfast will be provided throughout the conference at The Coeur d'Alene Resort at no additional charge. Registration also includes dinner with a boat cruise on Tuesday evening. Conference attendees will have the freedom to choose all other meals throughout the conference.
- Who can attend the welcome reception?
All conference attendees are encouraged to join us for the welcome reception for no additional cost.
- When should I schedule to arrive/depart Coeur d’Alene?
Suggested Itinerary
Registration begins Sunday, October 22, from 4 PM - 8 PM PST, with a welcome reception from 6 PM - 8 PM. While there is no formal programming on Sunday, we still recommend arriving Sunday afternoon or evening as conference programming will kick off on Monday, October 23, 10 AM. We will also have registration available on Monday, beginning at 7 AM. The last conference session ends at 12 PM on Wednesday, October 25.

The closest airport is Spokane International Airport (GEG), located approximately 45 minutes from The Coeur d’Alene Resort.
- What are my transportation options from the airport?
There are several options for getting to the Coeur d’Alene resort.
Shuttle Service: The Coeur d’Alene Resort offers a shuttle service from the airport to the resort. You can reserve a spot on the shuttle using this link.
Taxi or Rideshare: Taxis and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available outside the airport terminal and can be taken directly to the resort.
Car Rental: Various car rental companies are available at Spokane International Airport.
