Earlier this year the Baton Rouge Area Chamber (BRAC) celebrated the one-year anniversary of BR Works. This innovative online job portal, powered by Lightcast’s SkillFit platform, connects jobseekers to career and training opportunities and employers to high-quality local talent using a data-driven assessment.
BR Works has garnered 81,500 page views and 13,900 users since it went live in early 2022. Join us as we share details of the skills-matching tool, lessons learned in the first year, and plans to continue evolving the platform.
