    Lightcast Titles Taxonomy

The Lightcast Titles Taxonomy distills over 20 million real-world jobs titles, collected from over 1 billion job postings, resumes and profiles, and standardizes them into a proprietary taxonomy of 75,000+ titles. While some titles, like "Air Traffic Controller," map directly to specific occupations, this relationship remains flexible, unlike the fixed structure of the Lightcast Occupation Taxonomy.

The Lightcast Titles enables organizations to standardize job data and integrate it into other labor market resources and taxonomies. This creates a universal framework for benchmarking, analysis, and transforming internal job classifications into actionable, externally relevant data.
