The University of Winchester (UoW) has set out a highly ambitious strategy of becoming a community anchor institution through the advancement and sharing of knowledge by 2028. This includes developing the ability to deliver on civic responsibility, building deep and meaningful relationships internally and externally, and creating an environment in which people are inspired to engage as part of a broader civic and regional context.

Lightcast’s insights are an intrinsic part of this plan, with our data being used to inform and guide the implementation of the following parts of the strategy:

  • Development of UoW’s CPD strategy and portfolio.

  • Identifying where it can have the most impact in the region.

  • Supporting UoW in developing its cultural and societal impact.

Join Lightcast’s Account Director for Higher Education, Carrie Williams, and UoW’s Head of Innovation and Commercialisation, Jo Stark, as they take you through how Labour Market Insights can be used to support the strategy and implementation of growth in knowledge exchange.
