Get Insights with Years of Experience

Talent analysis, elevated.
We’re excited to announce a powerful new capability now available in Analyst: years of experience and tenure insights, giving you sharper ways to analyze talent supply and demand, and deeper context for workforce decisions.
Until now, experience data has been one of the missing pieces in labor market analysis. With new data integrated, additional layers of insight are now available, unlocking fields and filters that bring career patterns into sharper focus.
What’s new:
Years of experience filters: Segment profiles by experience bands (e.g., 0–2, 4–6, 10+ years) to better understand workforce composition.
Job vs. profile comparisons: Match job posting requirements against real-world talent supply to identify gaps—such as Amazon posting roles that ask for 2–3 years of experience, while the majority of their software engineers actually have 4–6 years.
This capability is more than just another filter: it’s a new way to approach supply-side analysis. These insights provide you with fresh tools to identify mismatches between demand (what employers are seeking) and supply (what talent actually possesses), track career pathways and role transitions with greater precision, and enhance workforce planning by incorporating experience-level detail.
With years of experience now part of your toolkit, you can explore deeper insights across your talent strategy. Understand how much experience your competition is really hiring for, identify where job postings may be asking for too much or too little, and assess the stability of tenure in key roles or companies you’re tracking. These insights give you a clearer view of the market and help you make more informed decisions.
