Peter Rumsey is a Director of Analytics Integration at Nike, leading the HR COE people analytics portfolio. He partners with senior leaders across HR, advising on strategic initiatives, providing bespoke analysis, and building the future of analytics, reporting, and data integration. Prior to Nike he was a leader in the Workforce Transformation practice at Deloitte Consulting, focusing on workforce and talent strategy. He lives in the Wicker Park neighborhood of Chicago with his wife and dog.
