What is Career Mobility?
The High Impact Career Mobility IndexTM (CMI) was created from NACM data to provide a more nuanced understanding of alum success beyond salary. Defining career mobility led to a better understanding of the connections between career mobility, return on investment, and the campus practices that influence both.

The National Alumni Career Mobility (NACM) survey was developed by the Career Leadership Collective as the first annual survey to inform career-readiness practices at colleges and universities in the United States. It is now part of Lightcast’s suite of data-driven solutions powering learner career success.
