Amit Mohindra

Amit Mohindra is founder and CEO of People Analytics Success, a leading global people analytics advisory, coaching, and education firm based in Boston. Amit has built and scaled people analytics teams at Apple, McKesson, and Wayfair. He began his professional career as a labor economist at The World Bank and subsequently worked in business consulting and corporate roles for organizations such as Goldman Sachs, IBM, Lucent Technologies, and Willis Towers Watson.
Amit has led data analytics and insights for Takeda Pharmaceuticals’ Global Corporate Affairs and Sustainability function since 2021. Prior to this, he held global leadership roles in HR, total rewards, talent management, diversity & inclusion, M&A, operations, executive development, internal communications, and mobility. He applies his engineering background and over 20 years of business and analytics experience in guiding organizations and individuals toward success in their talent, analytics, and communications journeys.
Amit serves as an advisor on HR technology to Semper Virens, a venture capital firm. Amit is a member of the advisory board at several HR technology companies including CruncHR, Mathison, and R-Squared. Another advisory company, PaddleHR was acquired by LinkedIn in 2022. Amit also serves as an advisory expert to the International Institute for Analytics. Amit speaks frequently at conferences about people analytics, artificial intelligence, and the future of work.
Amit teaches people analytics virtually at Stanford Continuing Studies. He has taught in executive education programs at UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business and Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations. He founded The Conference Board’s Intelligent Automation Executives Council and has been a Conference Board Senior Fellow in Human Capital. Amit holds a doctorate in education specializing in organizational change and leadership from the University of Southern California. He received an AM in economics from Brown University and a BS in electrical engineering and an AB in economics and business from Lafayette College.
