Trends and Strategies in Talent Attraction

Workforce development and talent attraction is complex and challenging work. To help benchmark how communities are doing and provide strategies for success, Emsi created the Talent Attraction Scorecard.

Now in its fourth edition, this year’s Scorecard revealed positive trends in small communities out West, rural Southern counties, and the Sunbelt. We recently held a webinar to dive into these findings and others, discuss helpful strategies to tackle this work, and the guiding principles to always fall back on.

We were joined by Chris Laney, Workforce Education Director at CareerSource Suncoast, who shared many of the best practices that are moving the needle in Florida.
