Building Inclusive Pathways to Jobs With Data-Powered Digital Badges

Digital Badges are changing the way that people showcase their expertise and achievements to employers. Combined with skills insights from the world of work, and they become an even more powerful tool for enhancing employability.

Lightcast and Navigatr are partnering together to create data-powered Digital Badges, and in this webinar we’ll be joined by Belfast City Council to talk about how they are implementing them as part of the Cities of Learning movement to:

• Enable better participation, evidence and report on skills development and improve outcomes for residents;

• Connect employers and learning providers in key industries, helping employers adopt a new skills-based hiring approach to filling vacancies;

• Support local learners to discover new opportunities based on skills they have, specifically targeting those impacted by social inequalities.
