Jason Bartusch
Jason is a dedicated advocate of HR technology and data, driven by his passion for assisting organizations in unlocking the transformative power of superior software solutions. Throughout his professional journey, he has collaborated with various solution providers, ranging from well-established industry leaders to dynamic start-ups backed by venture capital and private equity. Initially embarking on his career in sales, Jason utilized his experience as a launching pad to explore diverse disciplines, including marketing, sales enablement, solution consulting, product management, and strategic partnerships. His multifaceted expertise reflects a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies and potential of the industry.
Jason has spent the last 18 years working for various HR Technology providers and has held roles in Sales, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Product Management, and Partnerships. He’s currently responsible for helping to shape the strategic direction for Lightcast’s Talent Division.
Mark Hanson
As Vice President of Strategy at Lightcast, Mark Hanson leads the strategic initiatives for skills data and products and partnerships related to Lightcast Open Skills and Open Titles, and both conducts and presents skills research. Prior to Lightcast, he was the Director of People Analytics at UnitedHealth Group (as well as a Lightcast customer for five years), where he led UHG’s People Analytics teams focused on reporting for talent intelligence, talent acquisition, human capital, HR systems, diversity and inclusion (DEI), learning and development, real estate strategy and site selection. Mark has five years of management consulting experience: three years focused on strategic planning and business analysis, and two years focused on talent development and leadership training. He earned his MBA from the University of St. Thomas, Opus College of Business; and he earned his BA in Finance and Accounting from Bethel University. He and his wife, Christy, have three children and live in St. Paul, MN.
