Simon is the founder and CEO of Simply Get Results, the strategic skills analytics platform; an advisor on strategic skills to major corporations; and a pioneer in the field of People Analytics.  He has 25 years of international experience helping senior leaders in major corporations drive change to lead in their markets - using people data analytics to enhance corporate performance, generate competitive advantage, and maximise the positive impact for employees and society.  Prior to setting up Simply Get Results, Simon spent 10 years with Deloitte, where he conceived, created, built and ran a market-leading People Analytics consultancy practice, and led a global workforce planning business of over 150 people in 17 countries. Previously he led and grew a series of HR software practices in major technology firms.
