In this session, Lester Biddle will look at how Lightcast data can help organisation's navigate the labour market disruption highlighted in Fault Lines. In particular, he'll walk attendees through how our Analyst platform can be used to get data on sectors that are struggling due to labour shortages, and how these insights can be used to develop strategies for tackling these challenges.

In this session, Will Cookson will examine how local areas can respond to the pressures highlighted in the Fault Lines report, from shifting employer demand to widening skills gaps. He will explore how place-based intelligence can support smarter planning, targeted intervention, and more resilient local economies in the face of rapid labour market change.

In this session, Lester Biddle will explore how professional bodies can help their members respond to the labour market challenges highlighted in Fault Lines. Amongst other things, he will discuss how they can use insights to keep their members better informed of the challenges, and to mitigate risks and seize opportunities to stay ahead in a time of flux.

In this session, Carrie Williams and Alex Kennedy will explore the growing mismatches between skills supply and employer demand, as highlighted in Fault Lines. They'll discuss how education providers can address these challenges by using workforce and skills intelligence to strengthen graduate talent pipelines and better align courses with employer demand.
