The first table (9-A) deals with “green increased demand” occupations, as classified by the O*NET Resource Center, for the Agriculture and Forestry cluster; the second table (9-B) relates to “green enhanced skills” occupations for the same cluster.

Findings:
This sector is related to the rise of organic food products and efficient land management, which is why an occupation such as Agricultural and food science technicians would be included.
As a whole, the wages are quite a bit lower than other so-called green sectors. Farmers and ranchers, for instance, make on average just $7.14 an hour.
The only occupation in this sector that requires a 4-year degree is Landscape architects, which has seen a loss of jobs from 2007-2009.
