Emsi and Markle Partner to Create Skill My Resume

Knowing which skills you should feature on your resume can be the most challenging part of the entire job-search process. In order to land an interview, it helps to know which skills employers are looking for.

That’s where the power of the new, free Skill My Resume tool comes in.

Jobseekers are guided through the resume-building and skills-alignment process. Just provide some basic information and Skill My Resume does the hard part for you: suggesting skills that you should include on your resume based on your job history.

Jobseekers can use Skill My Resume to build a resume in two steps:

1) Create a basic resume, using your job history, education, contact information, etc.

2) If there’s a specific job you have your eye on, Skill My Resume will then customize the resume by helping you identify the specific skills you have that are relevant to the desired job and required by the employer.
