Emsi is thrilled to announce the latest innovation in Career Coach–the Employer Portal. It’s a new feature that allows approved employers to post job opportunities directly to a partner institution’s Career Coach site!
In 2010, we created Career Coach to help educators support their students on the college-to-career journey. It does this by providing a single, user-friendly solution that lets students explore careers, find related academic programs, and view local job postings—all in one place.
Over the past eight years, the role of postsecondary education in bringing people and employers together has only grown. In fact, many colleges and universities have formed partnerships with employers to develop in-demand skills and ensure that academic achievement translates to professional success.
To take the next step in supporting this kind of collaboration, we’re pleased to offer the Employer Portal. The goal is to drive better outcomes for businesses, students, and the schools that bring them together.
It provides new value to:
Employers – who can attract career-oriented students and newly-trained graduates from trusted education providers
Students – who can access a curated list of local career opportunities at organizations actively seeking applicants from their school
