1) How Consumer Insights and Outcomes Data Can Increase Higher Education Value Presented By Strada Education Network

12:30pm – 1:30pm, Monday (Regatta A/B)

Hear the latest findings detailing the experiences that shape students’ perceptions of postsecondary education, how well they believe it prepares them for work, and what they do with their degrees once they enter the labor market. Findings are from two data sets: Strada’s Consumer Insights with Gallup and Emsi’s resume and social profile analysis, a data set comprised of over 100 million Americans to better understand what people do after they graduate.

Speakers: Rob Sentz, chief innovation officer, Emsi and Ben Wildavsky, senior vice president, national engagement, Strada Education Network and Dave Clayton, senior vice president, consumer insights, Strada Education Network

2) Five Ways Higher Ed Should Use Labor Market Analytics Presented By Strada Education Network

11:00am – 11:45pm, Tuesday (Regatta A/B)

People are questioning the value of higher education like never before. Students, parents, businesses, and politicians need confidence that your programs prepare students for good careers. At the same time, higher education is about more than job preparation. It’s about developing well-rounded people, not just skilled employees. But can you do both? Yes, you can. In this talk you will learn about how colleges and universities are using data to keep themselves valuable and relevant in a fast paced economy.

Speakers: Rob Sentz, chief innovation officer, Emsi, and John Gabrieli, innovation analyst, Southern New Hampshire University
