We’re excited to host two presentations at next week’s ASU + GSV summit (April 8-10)! If you’re attending, we’d love to connect. Come to one of our sessions and say hello, or email Rob Sentz to set up a time to chat. We’d love to learn more about who you are, what you do, and how our data can help further your mission.

12:30pm – 1:30pm, Monday (Regatta A/B)

2) Five Ways Higher Ed Should Use Labor Market Analytics Presented By Strada Education Network
11:00am – 11:45pm, Tuesday (Regatta A/B)
People are questioning the value of higher education like never before. Students, parents, businesses, and politicians need confidence that your programs prepare students for good careers. At the same time, higher education is about more than job preparation. It’s about developing well-rounded people, not just skilled employees. But can you do both? Yes, you can. In this talk you will learn about how colleges and universities are using data to keep themselves valuable and relevant in a fast paced economy.
Speakers: Rob Sentz, chief innovation officer, Emsi, and John Gabrieli, innovation analyst, Southern New Hampshire University

Emsi is a labor market analytics firm that began nearly 20 years ago in order to help colleges and universities achieve the following:
Better understand their economic impact on their region and students
Use labor market data to build programs that are relevant to the regional economy
Make sure students know the compelling careers they can pursue using the schools’ programs
Know what their past students do with their education in the real world
We love what we do, and would love an opportunity to help you if you’d like to explore labor market data and its many applications.
