Lightcast teams up with CollegeAPP

Moscow, ID, November 30, 2022 – Lightcast and CollegeAPP have joined in a strategic partnership to bring labor market data into CollegeAPP’s enrollment-intent dataset creating a one-of-a-kind marketing solution to recruit adult learners. 

“Growing, or even just maintaining, enrollment is the most pressing concern on virtually every campus in the country,” said Chris Kibarian, Chief Executive Officer at Lightcast. “Helping educators offer the right programs to the right pool of prospective adult students is one of the best ways we can apply our labor market data to this problem.”

Packaged as CollegeAPP+, Lightcast’s person-level occupation data will be added to the CollegeAPP dataset which models intent to enroll based on surveys conducted in each state.  To date, CollegeAPP has completed more than 175,000 surveys with potential adult students. 

The data agreement extends into a mutual reseller relationship where Lightcast’s sales and success representatives will bring the new product to colleges, universities, and the broader education industry.
